The new pneumatic pallet clampers H6.10.1 and H6.10.2 have been developed for the palletizing of workpieces on HSC milling machines and manufacturing cells. Due to the complete sealing they are optimally prepared for rough operating conditions and assure, together with the integrated Z-refernce cleaning and clamping monitoring, a process-sure operation also in case of an automatic and unattended pallet change by a handling unit (robot).

The chuck is available in two versions:

  - as chuck which is mounted on the machine table  (H6.10.2),

  - as well as chuck which is integrated in the machine table (H6.10.1)

Features:

  - repetitive accuracy of <= 0,002 mm 

  - clamping force of 10000 N achieved by springs

  - clamping force with additional pneumatic retension18000 N

  - Z-supports with integrated cleaning holes (blow off) during the pallet change

  - pressure monitoring (part presence). 

  - a circular seal protects the system completely against chips, dirt and lubricant
