Friction pairing: Steel on PTFE bronze fabric

Outer part: Free-cutting steel 1.0718, browned.

Bushings: Cu Sn 8/Cu Zn 40 Al 2 F59, galvanized, lined with permanently affixed sliding foil, consisting of PTFE with bronze supporting fabric.

Inner ring: Roller bearing steel 100 Cr 6, material 1.3505, hardened, ground and polished.

From size 5 to 50 available:

- Hard-chromed inner ring, designation example: SSCPxxIH

- Steanless inner ring, designation example: SSCP xx IR.

Steanless inner ring: Designation example: SSRCPxxIR.

For universal applications at high constant loads and low alternating and shock loads in axial and radial directions. For difficult lubrication conditions, high running speed and lage swings. Vmax= 60m/min.

Bearing slackness: Depending on size, between 0.01 and
0.09 mm radially. With reduced or increased slackness. Designation example SFC 10 C2 (see Technical Notes).

Sealed design: Sizes 8 - 30 can be supplied with replaceable sealing sleeves. Designation example SFC 10 2RS (see sealed design).
