The new pneumatic pallet clampers H6.10.1 and H6.10.2 have been developed for the palletizing of workpieces on HSC milling machines and manufacturing cells. Due to the complete sealing they are optimally prepared for rough operating conditions and assure, together with the integrated Z-refernce cleaning and clamping monitoring, a process-sure operation also in case of an automatic and unattended pallet change by a handling unit (robot).

The Fixturing System 9000 has been enhanced with a 90 mm diameter clamper. The clamping force  with pneumatic assistance is 10KN. The repetetive accuracy is with  0.005 mm the same as the clampers with a diameter of 129 mm.
